Responsibilities
- Responsble for handling customer claims in health insurance area
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma degree in Nursing. Fresh-graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to do medical analysis and diagnosis in nurse level
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Have good communication skills, both in bahasa Indonesia and English
Responsibilities
- Become the contact person for health insurance provider networks, as well as Third Party Administration (TPA) service providers
- Develop partner provider networks according to the company’s business needs
- Ensuring the quality of the customer experience, including designing service procedure improvements when necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from any major; preferably from Communication major
- Familiar with survey design and research methods
- Experienced in data processing (related to Customer Experience)
- Good communication skills in both in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Commercial Area
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationship with corporate customers.
- Conduct online or offline visits to corporate customers, provide services for corporate customers related to health insurance matters, do insurance benefits socialization, preparing and negotiating policy extensions, and act as advisors.
Requirements
- At least a diploma graduate (D3), any major
- Experienced in General Insurance, at least for 1 year
- Target and Service oriented; able to build wide network with clients
- Familiar with marketing technic or concept (negotiation, closing, sales cycle process)
- Persuasive and able to do public speaking
- Critical with analysing client’s need
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing branch team to achieve company target by building new business relation or maintaining business renewal.
- Execute the marketing strategy with marketing branch team by considering the market situation in branch area.
- Provide and maintain the quality of services to customers or business partners; act as client consultant regarding the insurance needs (before and after sales service)

Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in Strategic Planning/Corporate Planning/Management Planning area; preferably have experience in consulting industry
- Proven structured problem solving and analytical skills
- Fluent in English

Finance & Admin Area
Responsibilities
- Create program code, debugging programs, and ensuring that the website runs according to the designed specifications.
- Coordinating with business analyst to define requirements before creating the website.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Laravel Web Developer.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Vue.js, React, or Angular is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and their integration into web applications.
