Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling customer claims in the area of health insurance
  • Assist customer HR in handling the administrative process for submitting health insurance claims to the head office / LippoInsurance branch (If you become a Medical Service Assistant)

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Nurse
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (preferably experience in the field of nursing)
  • Able to medical analysis and diagnostic techniques equivalent to nurse level
  • Have good knowledge of Ms. Office
  • Willing to be placed both in Jabodetabek and outside the city
  • Office hour (Monday – Friday)

Marketing Area

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing branch team to achieve company target by building new business relation or maintaining business renewal.
  • Execute the marketing strategy with marketing branch team by considering the market situation in branch area.
  • Provide and maintain the quality of services to customers or business partners; act as client consultant regarding the insurance needs (before and after sales service)

Requirements

  • At least a diploma graduate (D3), any major
  • Experienced in General Insurance, at least for 1 year
  • Target and Service oriented; able to build wide network with clients
  • Familiar with marketing technic or concept (negotiation, closing, sales cycle process)
  • Persuasive and able to do public speaking
  • Critical with analysing client’s need

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationship with corporate customers.
  • Conduct online or offline visits to corporate customers, provide services for corporate customers related to health insurance matters, do insurance benefits socialization, preparing and negotiating policy extensions, and act as advisors.

Requirements

  • Experienced in Corporate Relation/Employee Benefit/B2B Marketing minimal 2 years in Health Insurance.
  • Have good communication skill; able to communicate in English.
  • Service oriented.
  • Have good presentation skill and are persuasive.

Digital Area

Responsibilities

  • Design various guidelines, policies, and rules related to information technology security based on the implementation of ISO 27001, as well as conducting periodic reviews of its implementation
  • Ensure that compliance with information technology security has been carried out properly
  • Conduct complex research to determine the origin, methods and objectives of cyber threats and develop and initiate corrective actions, system protection, and recovery plans
  • Participate in promoting security awareness by developing and implementing security awareness and training programs

Requirements

  • Graduated from Informatics Engineering or Information Systems; majoring in cyber security is a plus point
  • At least 1-2 years experience in IT Security; preferably have CEH certification
  • Understand the implementation of ISO 27001
  • Have good communication skills and high integrity

Responsibilities

  • Collect, process and analyze big dataand omni channel analytics (primary data) from external and internal sources (customer engagement platforms) to strengthen the application services and provide solutions to customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science / Information Technology
  • Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience as Data Engineer / Data Scientist
  • Experience in creating and implementing data warehouse using SQL Server SSIS, SSAS, SSRS; able to create dashboard and report using Power BI (for Data Engineering position)
  • Proficient with R Language, Python, SQL, Power BI, and database (for Data Scientist position)
