  • Assist customer HR in handling the administrative process for submitting health insurance claims to the head office / LippoInsurance branch (If you become a Medical Service Assistant)

Requirements

Marketing Area

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing branch team to achieve company target by building new business relation or maintaining business renewal.
  • Execute the marketing strategy with marketing branch team by considering the market situation in branch area.
  • Provide and maintain the quality of services to customers or business partners; act as client consultant regarding the insurance needs (before and after sales service)

Requirements

  • At least a diploma graduate (D3), any major
  • Experienced in General Insurance, at least for 1 year
  • Target and Service oriented; able to build wide network with clients
  • Familiar with marketing technic or concept (negotiation, closing, sales cycle process)
  • Persuasive and able to do public speaking
  • Critical with analysing client’s need

Responsibilities

  • Responsible in achieving insurance premium target by looking for new business/renewal.
  • Responsible to and must coordinate with Head Office regarding the branch’s operational.

Requirements

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any major
  • 3 years of experience in management level or 2 years of experience as branch manager in general insurance company
  • Breakthrough and sales-oriented
  • Ability to build a broad network with prospective/existing clients.

Digital Area

Responsibilities

  • Design various guidelines, policies, and rules related to information technology security based on the implementation of ISO 27001, as well as conducting periodic reviews of its implementation
  • Ensure that compliance with information technology security has been carried out properly
  • Conduct complex research to determine the origin, methods and objectives of cyber threats and develop and initiate corrective actions, system protection, and recovery plans
  • Participate in promoting security awareness by developing and implementing security awareness and training programs

Requirements

  • Graduated from Informatics Engineering or Information Systems; majoring in cyber security is a plus point
  • At least 1-2 years experience in IT Security; preferably have CEH certification
  • Understand the implementation of ISO 27001
  • Have good communication skills and high integrity

Finance & Administration Area

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for work operations in the Accounting Department (reporting, cost accounting, investment, reporting

Requirements

  • Have bachelor degree in Accounting; fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Familiar with the accounting work process in the service industry
  • Have good communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)
  • Critical in providing solutions and doing analysis
